Best Pizza in Vietnam?

The first time I ever visited Pizza 4P’s was back in 2020. I was in Vietnam, quietly exploring the idea of moving here. My friend Hao suggested we catch up over pizza, and took me to 4P’s.
At the time, I didn’t realise how much this brand would come to mean to me.
Fast forward to now - our first lunch after officially landing in Da Nang — and my partner says: “This might be the best pizza I’ve ever had.”
Big call. But if you know, you know.
🍕 What’s the story behind 4P’s?

Pizza 4P’s began in 2011 with a simple idea: pizza brings people together.
Japanese founders Yosuke Masuko and Sanae Takasugi started the brand from humble backyard pizza nights in Tokyo. Those casual gatherings grew into a business that now spans over 30 locations across Vietnam and Asia.
And it all comes back to their purpose:
“My friends and I were all fascinated by this simple yet flexible dish that seemed to hold the power to bring happiness.”
As someone who’s spent 15+ years creating food, drink, and event experiences — that hit home. Food is more than fuel. It’s how we connect.

🌱 It’s more than pizza: The 4P’s sustainability story
Today, 4P’s is known not only for their pizzas, but their values. They’ve made cheese from scratch in Đà Lạt since day one, and recently opened Vietnam’s first zero-waste restaurant in Bình Dương.
They repurpose waste into coasters, baskets, menus. They’ve planted edible gardens inside industrial zones. And they continue to ask: What if “trash” became something beautiful instead?
It’s not about being perfect - it’s about trying. And that effort shows up in everything they do.

🧀 What to order
My go-to is always the Burrata Parma Ham pizza -it’s creamy, salty, rich, and balanced. Also try the Crab Tomato Cream Spaghetti (an OG favourite), and their Yuzu Wheat Beer or White Sangria.
Pro tip: You can get half-and-half pizzas if you can’t decide. Also book ahead! They fill up fast.

Final thoughts
It’s not just the flavour that makes 4P’s special. It’s the consistency. The warmth. The sense that something thoughtful is happening behind the scenes - from the service to the cheese to the values on which it was built.
This was our first pizza since moving to Vietnam. And I’m not surprised it left such a lasting impression.
If you haven’t tried it yet - put it on your Vietnam list. It’s pizza, but also so much more.
