Melbourne's first Chinatown Comedy Club was created as a platform for diverse voices and talent to shine. EST 2024

Australia saw it's first Donut and Beer Festival. I was inspired by the Donut Fests in the USA but I wanted to make it more Aussie. We saw 6k+ guests over 2 days for our first event in Melbourne, followed by another 2 events after. 

Mum and I built our first business from scratch catering and creating cakes and desserts. We were featured on magazines and did several celebirty cakes. We were Steve Aoki's cake makers for his gigs in Melbourne 2 years in a row!

As the President of the Australian team, we were responsible for growing the community in Australia, which saw us organising many conferences and social events, events with Amazon, and starting the Asian Heritage Week initiative.

My friend Toni and I created a fun cheeky Pho delivery business during COVID-19, where we created a line of pho, bun bo hue and eventually onboarded other Asian noodles businesses, to deliver around Melbourne. 

My friend An and I started a soju activation, where we would collaborate with restaurant and bars with our soju concoctions. Think soju slushies, cocktails to boba teas.
